Fans might consider this place the best chhole bhature in n around cp, But on our list this comes on number 2 position in CP and 5th overall.
The chole of this place are quite creamy and rich, the bhaturas with their paneer based masala filling are quite soft.
You need to go here for the legacy as it is one of the oldest sweet places of Delhi.

Started in 1954 by Shri Roshan Lal Soni, this street kulfi shop has traveled miles to be a full-fledged eatery.
Though a little expensive but the bhaturas are made in pure desi ghee. The bhaturas are non greasy from outside; but have a moist feeling from inside, which clearly was from the ghee present there.
The chole bhature and kulfi faluda here are a deadly combination.
3rd Best Chole Bhature of Delhi:

The Chole Bhature at Nathus is outright legendary. The masala is perfect. They are cooked to perfection, not very soft neither hard. Served with tangy chutneys, sliced union and pickle. The kulcha is nice and crunchy on the outside. The Chole, have their own unique flavor, they are so tasty and they make you want to have more even if your full.
2nd Best Chole Bhature of Delhi:
Chache Di Hatti
33 D, Next to All Smile Dental Clinic, Kamla Nagar, New Delhi
In spite of the heat and the long queue, Chache Di Hatti gets to be on the 2nd rank in this list because of its unique and most amazing chole bhature. This K-Nags outlet is a campus favorite flocked by DU students most of the time.
The chole bhature here are so good that they get over by 1-2 pm.
This place has unique bhature, it does not add things like soda to expand the bhaturas. The bhaturas are small and flat but are very soft. Chole here are served in adequate quantity and have a good mix of different masalas along with lemon juice which go perfectly well with the bhaturas.

You'll probably speak ill of the place if you come here for the first time. The approach is difficult and the place isn't very pleasant but the moment you put the chole bhature in your mouth you'll forget everything.
I'm not sure if Kings ate chole bhature, but if they did, this must be it.
Sita Ram Dewan Chand, is probably the best chole bhature you'll ever have.
The Bhature here are the thick and soft kinds a la Chache di hatti, they also have stuffing in it. The chole are of great quality and it has a magical masala in it which does wonders to your senses. You also get an unlimited supply of onion and pickle. A must try and the winner of our competition!
